Refund, Returns & Repairs Policy
At Bales & Bobs, each piece is thoughtfully made and handled with care. I want you to love your jewelry, but understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Returns
You can initiate a return of your order within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. To qualify for a return:
- Your jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- I cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact me with your order number and reason for return. Then you'll receive instructions for your return.
Custom orders
Custom orders are made especially for you, and can unfortunately not be returned. The process for creating custom jewelry is meticulous and I do my very best to unsure you'll love what we create together.
Refunds
Once your return is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Repairs
I'm happy to help with repairs when possible. Repair fees may apply depending on the nature of the damage and how it occurred (normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, etc.).
If your piece needs repair, please contact me with photos and a description of the issue. I’ll review it and provide next steps along with any applicable costs.
