At Bales & Bobs, every order is packed and shipped with care by a very small, hands-on team (often just one person!), so I thank you for your patience and support.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or announced.
Because each piece is handled individually, occasional delays may happen, but I always do my best to communicate clearly if timing changes.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times
Delivery time is separate from processing time and depends on your location. Once your package is in transit, timing is determined by the postal service.
Bales & Bobs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond control.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bales & Bobs is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Bales & Bobs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly.
